IN TODAY'S NEWS VIDEO: Tuesday, December 16, 2008 The Upcountry Community Council continues to focus its concerns as it prepares to make a presentation to the County Planning Commission. A hay truck carrying large 1,200 pound bales of hay lost part of its load on the sharp curves of Climax Road. Sutter Creek’s annual Parade of Lights last Saturday proved once again why it is one of Amador County’s favorite holiday pastimes. The Board of Supervisors heard a presentation on local development of a community college. The upcoming Amador-El Dorado Forest Forum will include two presentations by Amador County Supervisors. |
