Tuolumne and Calaveras Counties The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform one-way traffic control on State Route 49 from the Stanislaus River Bridge in Tuolumne County to one mile north of the Calaveras/Tuolumne County line for slope clearing.

 

Work will occur on Thursday, November 13, 2014, from 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. 

 

Motorists should expect 15 minute delays.  Alternate routes should be taken whenever possible. 

 

This work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment and/ or materials and construction related issues.

Work is scheduled for Monday, November 10, 2014, from 6:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Wednesday, November 12, 2014, through Friday, November 14, 2014, from 6:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

 

Shoulder work is scheduled from Moran Road to Meko Drive on Monday and driveways will be paved from Main Street/Douglas Flat to Meko Drive from Wednesday through Friday. Crews will stripe the roadway from Main Street/Douglas Flat to Meko Drive on Monday and Wednesday through Friday.

 

Motorists should expect 25 minute delays. Alternate routes should be taken whenever possible.
