Volcano Communications owner Sharon Lundgren prepared all of the food, and Bank of Stockton Manager Ray Perry helped co-host the mixer. Chamber officer manager Diane Sherbourne in a message to Chamber members said “wow what a mixer. Thank you.”

She said “what a feed – tri-tip, potatoes, beans, green & potato salads, homemade pies and cookies. Thank you Sharon and Ray for all your hard work. Everyone had a wonderful time.”

Sherbourne thanked them “for such a lovely and well planned mixer” and said “Sharon, you should open a restaurant. It would be a 5 star.” She also thanked people for all the many raffle prizes.

The mixer came a week before the official ceremonial opening of the new Amador County Chamber of Commerce office in downtown Jackson. The Open House with a Ribbon Cutting starts at 5 p.m. Thursday, July 20 at 115 Main Street, in Jackson.
