Amador County – Sutter Amador Hospital announced recently that Craig H. Lovett, M.D. an Orthopedic Surgeon is helping the hospital “bring quality Orthopedic Care to Amador County.”

Dr. Craig H. Lovett said “as an orthopedic surgeon, it’s my job to care for a patient’s bone, joint and muscle conditions, but as a doctor, it’s my responsibility to care for the whole person.”

Sutter Amador Hospital welcomed the board-certified orthopedic surgeon, Lovett, to their medical staff. Lovett has more than 30 years’ experience as an orthopedic surgeon. His practice focuses on general orthopedics including fracture care, sports injuries and joint replacement surgery.

Lovett received his medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Miami, Florida. Lovett has been in private practice in Calaveras and Tuolumne Counties since 1985 and has now opened an office in Amador County.

He meets with his patients at his new office in the Specialty Clinic on the first floor of the Sutter Amador Outpatient Services Center at 100 Mission Boulevard in Jackson.
