Commissioners will consider a request for an interpretation at 150 Cole Street, requested by JWD Ventures Limited Liability Corporation “for a determination on whether or not use of a remnant parcel that is part of the Powder House Estates Planned Development will compromise the Planned Development.”

The Commission will also get reports, all for discussion only, including a “Sign Ordinance Update Committee” report from Commissioners Robin Peters and Ed Arata. Commissioner Frank Cunha will give a report from the Historic Ordinance Update Committee. Development Review Committee Commissioners Mike Kirkley and Peters will report.

The Commission meets at 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 14.
