Amador County Supervisors discuss the Low Density Rural Development (LDRD) Ordnance that if adopted would allow a more relaxed building code for Owner Builders. By adopting an earlier Building Code the LDRD may also allow a path to Final Inspection for non-permeated projects already completed by homeowners to their dwellings and bring them into compliance.
