PRESS RELEASE: Amador County teachers and school support personnel are holding a COALITION RALLY on Friday, April 4th (rain delay date April 11th) from 3:30 to 5:30 pm at Detert Park in Jackson to support negotiators in stalled salary negotiations. Currently Amador County teachers and school support personnel salaries fall WAY below the California state average. The Amador County Teachers Association/CTA, Special Educators Association/CTA and California School Employees Association locals #827 and #239 will be out in force supporting their negotiators and demanding competitive salaries.
