On June 2, 2014 at approximately 1515 hours, Party 1 (P-1) (EVANS) was driving Vehicle 1 (V-1) (Ford) southbound on SR-49 and stopped at the intersection with SR-12. Party 2 (P-2) (CARDON) was driving Vehicle 2 (V-2) (Ford) eastbound on SR-12 and slowing in the left turn lane to make a left turn onto SR-49. As Cardon approached the intersection and started to make her left turn, Evans made a left turn into the intersection, directly into the path of Cardon's vehicle. Cardon was unable to take evasive action and the front of V-1 collided with the left front door of V-2 in the intersection. After the collision, both parties moved their vehicles out of the roadway and onto the shoulder.

Alcohol and/or drugs are not considered a factor in this collision.
