CHP Consulting With The City of Sutter Creek

According to the CHP officials the opening of the Amador County Unified School District’s new transportation facility located off of Ridge Rd & Bowers Lane is a concern to them, not the development of a nearby property.

Five Mile Road Closed

Five Mile Road in the Ione area remains closed
This week the city of Ione ceremonially swore in three new city council leaders; those being the top three vote getters in the recent election. Lee Ard, Jeff Barnhart, and Jim Ulm were welcomed warmly by Ione citizens, with a room full of onlookers extending all the way to the doorway.
The victim in the fiery accident Thursday morning has been identified as 44 year old Manual Calderon of Stockton.

Jackson Rancheria Tribal Council Member Adam Dalton this afternoon presented the Sutter Amador Hospital Board of Trustees and Sutter Foundation Board with a check in the amount of $1,000,000.
