49 at Jackson Gate Road. The report states that Robertson looked at some paperwork on the passenger seat and allowed her foot to slip off the break. Her 1982 Volvo lurched forward and impacted the rear of Berryman’s 2003 Volvo. Neither of the two vehicles showed signs of damage. Robertson and her 2 passengers all claimed injuries according to the report, however, Berryman was uninjured in the accident. Although Robertson decided to seek her own medical aide her two passengers were transported to SAH with minor injuries.

Accident At The Intersection of Hwy. 49 & Jackson Gate Road
According to an accident report issued by investigating Officer Lemasters the intersection of Hwy. 49 and Jackson Gate Road was the scene of an accident that sent two to the hospital. Mary Robertson, 54 and of Jackson, and Brad Berryman, 39 and of Copperopolis were both stopped at the stop sign on Hwy.
