·       Amador Supervisors prepared comment on the latest draft of the AB-885 individual septic sewer system law.

·       Sutter Creek approved $110,000 to fund its Sewer Master Plan, after hearing its sewer fund is recovering.

·       A County consultant said AB-885 should require the state Control Board to analyze whether septic systems are affecting water.

·       New federal legislation will allow permits for year-round use at U.S. Forest Service ski areas.
