Three Juveniles Interviewed For Pellet/BB Gun Shots
Sunday just after noon reports of BB or pellet gun fire hitting cars off
of Hwy 26 about a mile up from Hwy 88 were reported to CHP Stockton dispatch.
The initial reports stated that citizens had
detained three teenage boys suspected of shooting the cars on the roadway. Once
law enforcement arrived on scene they detained three teenage boys, two from
Concord and one from Live Oak, all suspected of shooting four cars as the cars
passed. Although the boys claimed that the shootings were accidental law
enforcement weighed the number of guns to the number of cars shot and decided
to investigate further.
