3 Car Accident At Jackson Gate Road & Hwy. 49
The four way stop at Jackson Gate Road and Hwy.
49 was the
scene of another accident yesterday morning. At 10:25am Monday morning the CHP
was called to the scene of an accident reported as a vehicle being sandwiched in
between two other vehicles with unknown injuries.
Upon CHP’s arrival the accident was not as
serious as it first appeared, but it was a traffic hazard as the crash was
blocking the intersection. According to a witness on scene the blue sedan was
pulling out and was suddenly hit from both sides by the Jaguar and Chevy SUV.
One of the drivers suffered minor injuries. A tow truck was called in to help
clear the scene and the intersection was cleared just 10 minutes later.
