slide15 The joint agencies have decided to have this workshop because of the many land uses and activities in the Upper Mokelumne watershed that could affect the health of the watershed now and in the future. Identifying these factors, how they affect the watershed water quality, and what steps can be taken to help reduce or avoid such impacts are key tasks of the Upper Mokelumne River Watershed Assessment and Planning Project. In this joint workshop, residents of Alpine, Amador, and Calaveras counties near the Upper Mokelumne River will hear a presentation on watershed water quality management recommendations, learn more about the efforts of the sponsoring organizations, and have the opportunity to ask questions and give feedback. For questions call Cinamon Vann @ 916-491-3161
