Amador County (September 29, 2014)-
Vintage Trailers will fill the beautiful Gold Country Campground Resort in Pine Grove, California from October 10th - 12th, 2014. The Trailerettes are here for a weekend of fun vintage trailer camping, presentations, and contests. The public is invited to tour the vintage trailers on Saturday, October 11th from 10:00 - 2:00 pm. Trailer owners will be in costume and decorate their trailers, and the public will cast their votes for their favorite vintage trailer and display, in the categories of "spookiest, best glamping setup, most origial, and coziest trailer setup". Proceeds from donations and raffle tickets will benefit Operation Care. The purpose of this event is to not only have fun and learn more about vintage trailering, but also to help give back to the local community.
The Trailerettes are a group of women who have been camping together since 2010 in the Northern California area. Please stop by and visit on Saturday, October 11th!

About Operation Care
Operation Care has been providing services and safe shelter for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault since 1980. During the 2013/14 fiscal year, we housed 43 women and children at our safe house. Advocates helped 40 victims with temporaryrestraining orders, and provided crisis intervention to 45 sexual assault victims. The staff provided 406 peer counseling sessions to 115 adults and 14 children, andhundreds of transports to appointments, court, and other locations.
