(Sutter Creek) Jacob Bailey, 17, of Sutter Creek, chose painting fire hydrants for his Eagle Scout Service Project. Bailey, a junior at Amador High School, organized and led a crew of twelve volunteers recruited from Boy Scout Troop 63 in painting 107 Amador Water Agency fire hydrants in the Martell area.
